SHIPPING: Orders
placed Monday – Friday before 2PM EST (excluding holidays) will be processed
and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within
48 hours on the next business day. Delivery estimate is dependent on the method
of shipping chosen at the time of purchase. We offer First Class options and
Priority options. Priority mail does NOT mean One Day shipping. However, it is
a faster option. Regardless of what shipping method you choose, we still
process and ship orders in the time frame listed above. Shipping during holiday
periods (due to a high volume of orders) may take up to 36 hours after
placement when placed Monday – Friday before 2PM EST. Once your order has been
shipped and tracking information has been provided. Zealous reserves the right not
to be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
RETURNS: Returns are accepted for refund only within 14 days
of the merchandise ship date for domestic delivery. This time period includes
Black Friday to New Year’s Eve. If said time periods have passed since date of
purchase or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in due
to sanitary reasons, items being returned must be in the original condition
that it was sent, with no sign of visible wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant
Stains, Fragrances, etc. Otherwise the return will be rejected by our return
department. We kindly ask you to package the item with care in the original
form it was sent. (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed); unfortunately,
we can not offer you store credit. Final sale items (marked-down merchandise),
intimates, accessories, candles, and bodysuits can not be returned or refunded.
Swim is returnable so long as the hygienic liner is intact. To complete your
return, your receipt is required. You will be responsible for paying for your
own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable
shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we
will receive your returned item. Please email info@shop-zealous.com for further

REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will
send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At
this time, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, you will receive an email with a refund in
the original amount of your item(s) at the time of purchase.
